Joe worked closely with the Owner on this whole house “Mayan transformation” renovation, developing the drawing details over six months.  The exterior utilizes very durable and low maintenance Concrete Masonry Units (CMU).  The Owner started out with the intention of building the project on his own and quickly found out how much time was involved.  He then brought on David Kettler with Kettler-Austin.
