Mid-Century Modern Renovation
- Austin, Texas

This renovation achieved a 5-Star Rating from the Austin Energy Green Building Program.  This was a remodeling an older home and taking it into the future by giving it a style from the past; the mid 20th century, to be exact.  It started with a new space plan which created better circulation and is now more accommodating to entertaining.  It now has a nicely finished architectural shell with higher ceilings, asymmetric rooflines, loads of windows and a renovated exterior.  The mid century design continues into the interior with period style built-ins, palettes, finishes and furnishings blended with the owner’s sense of whimsy, comfort and style.
