Joe was brought into the team to help with the transformation of this house, originally built in 1998, to what is now the pinnacle of Barton Creek living. Collaborating with the pool and landscape designers, Joe worked to create the transition from inside to outside, blending the kitchen and new bar addition seamlessly with the exterior of the house and outdoor living. The owners desired a bright modern kitchen that was more functional than the previous layout had provided.  Joe & his team resolved cross-circulation issues and created functional workstations for a family that loved to cook together.

New Parapan solid surface kitchen cabinets by Central Texas Custom cabinets with Dekton solid surface countertops. The Stainless-steel island top includes a hidden veggie sink. Using a 60" Galley sink with double faucets expands the functionality of the kitchen and balances the double Miele appliances and twin vent hoods.  We customized a slide-out Boos wood butcher block adjacent to the range.  Bringing in details of an Iroko wood floating light cove with a custom Elmo leather sofa fabricated by Brileys Upholstery Shop,  opposing the zinc-wrapped bar with galley sink we were able to seamlessly tie the two spaces together.  The Venetian plaster niches compliment the mirrored "jewel" box floating above the bar.
