This modern home addition in Cat Mountain represents how you can take a beautiful home and make it even better. The client approached JMBA wanting a new media room, exercise room, ensuite guest room, and spacious laundry/utility room. JMBA was able to create a stunning addition that blends perfectly with the existing contemporary styling of the house and elevated the entire property. The breathtaking window wall washes natural light throughout the new addition bringing enhanced artistry to the home. The laundry/utility features a large central island with an abundance of counter space, a supplemental refrigerator freezer, and a combined drip dry/dog washing station. A bright and airy computer workstation adjacent to the existing kitchen provides a gallery-like space with art niches in the spacious hall as you are drawn into the light-filled new addition.
